Prophet-flower - Arnebia pulchra.
It grows in the mountains of the Caucasus and Western Asia at an altitude of 1500-3000 m above sea level. 
Perennial 15-20 cm tall, forms neat cushions up to 25 cm in diameter. The leaves are green, slightly pubescent, elongated, lanceolate with a pointed tip.
It blooms in spring with bright yellow tubular flowers with dark spots on five petals. 
Planted in crevices between stones on the eastern exposure of the rock garden. The soil must be sandy, poor, well-drained, mulched with fine gravel.
During the growth period, regular watering is desirable. Propagated by sowing seeds in spring and dividing the bush in early spring.
